In this episode, Jerry shows us a few exercises he does in the gym to strengthen his core muscles, including incline sit-ups, bicycles, knees-to-the-chest, "L's", ankles-to-the-bar, and hips-to-the-bar. Jerry's purpose in doing these exercises isn't so much to get bigger, as it is to strengthen and expand his ability to breathe easier. A key component while doing these exercises is to focus on your breathing.
